At Tony Bianco, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all footwear is unworn, in its original condition, and returned in the original shoebox.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a mailing bag or shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your parcel at any authorized postage location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your return to our warehouse.
